1. Scope and developer information
P2P VPN is developed and maintained by SaiDigitalOps. This Privacy Policy applies to the P2P VPN Android application, the website at p2pvpn.saidigitalops.com, and the supporting server-list backend operated by SaiDigitalOps.

2. How P2P VPN works
P2P VPN allows users to connect to publicly available VPN Gate volunteer VPN relay servers using the OpenVPN protocol. SaiDigitalOps operates a backend that retrieves, tests, and supplies a curated list of available volunteer servers to the application.
When you establish a VPN connection, traffic routed through the VPN travels between your device and the selected volunteer VPN server. Your VPN traffic is not routed through the SaiDigitalOps server-list backend.
Volunteer VPN servers are independently operated. SaiDigitalOps does not own, operate, supervise, or control those servers.
3. Information you provide
P2P VPN does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, payment information, contacts, or precise physical location to use the core app.
When you voluntarily email support, we receive the email address, message, attachments, and technical details you choose to provide. We use support communications to respond, troubleshoot, protect the service, and maintain records of the request.
4. Backend access information
When P2P VPN or your browser contacts a SaiDigitalOps server, our hosting and web-server infrastructure may automatically record limited technical request information, including:
- Public IP address;
- Date and time of the request;
- Requested path or endpoint;
- HTTP method, response status, and amount of data transferred;
- User-agent or app-client information;
- Referrer information when supplied by a browser; and
- Technical error, rate-limit, and security-event information.
We use this information to operate the server list and website, diagnose problems, measure service reliability, prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, and protect the backend from attacks.
SaiDigitalOps does not use these logs to build advertising profiles and does not sell them.
5. Information stored on your device
P2P VPN may store operational information locally on your Android device, such as application preferences, selected or recent servers, VPN configuration information, connection state, and technical connection logs.
Local information is used to operate the app and troubleshoot connections. It is not automatically uploaded to SaiDigitalOps unless a particular app feature clearly states otherwise. You can remove local information by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
6. Information handled by volunteer VPN servers
When you connect, the selected third-party VPN server receives and processes the network traffic that you send through the tunnel. Depending on the operator, software, configuration, and policy, information handled or logged may include:
- Your source IP address and hostname;
- Connection and disconnection times;
- VPN protocol and client information;
- Packets, bytes, and connection-error information;
- Destination IP addresses, hostnames, domain names, and port numbers;
- Network packet headers; and
- Content sent without end-to-end encryption.
HTTPS normally continues to encrypt content between your device and the destination website or service, but connection metadata may remain visible to the relay operator.
SaiDigitalOps cannot access, change, or delete information maintained independently by VPN Gate, SoftEther Corporation, a volunteer relay operator, a destination service, or an internet provider.
P2P VPN does not guarantee complete anonymity.
7. How SaiDigitalOps uses information
Information handled by SaiDigitalOps is used to:
- Provide and maintain the website and server-list service;
- Deliver available VPN server information to the app;
- Diagnose failures and improve reliability;
- Apply rate limits and prevent misuse;
- Protect users, systems, and infrastructure;
- Respond to support and privacy requests; and
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
8. Sharing and disclosure
SaiDigitalOps does not sell or rent personal information. Limited information may be processed or disclosed in the following circumstances:
- Hosting and infrastructure: technical request data is processed by service providers used to host and protect the website and backend, currently including DigitalOcean.
- User-directed VPN connection: when you select a server, connection and network information is transmitted to that independent server because this is necessary to provide the requested VPN functionality.
- Legal and security: information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or enforce applicable terms.
- Business changes: information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law and continued protection.
9. Security
Communications between the app or browser and SaiDigitalOps services use HTTPS. VPN connections use OpenVPN encryption between your Android device and the selected VPN tunnel endpoint.
After traffic leaves the VPN endpoint, its protection depends on the destination protocol, such as HTTPS. No network or storage system is completely secure, and SaiDigitalOps cannot guarantee the security, conduct, availability, or configuration of independent volunteer servers.
10. Retention and deletion
SaiDigitalOps backend and web access logs are normally retained for approximately 14 days and then rotated or deleted. Some information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary to investigate a security incident, prevent abuse, maintain backups, resolve a support request, or comply with law.
Support messages may be kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain reasonable business and security records.
P2P VPN does not maintain user accounts. To request information about or deletion of a record that may be held by SaiDigitalOps, email contact@saidigitalops.com with the approximate date, time, and nature of the request. We may need enough information to verify and locate the relevant record. We cannot delete data held independently by third-party relay operators.
11. Children's privacy
P2P VPN is not directed to children under 13, and SaiDigitalOps does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information to SaiDigitalOps may contact us.
12. International processing
Volunteer VPN servers may be located outside your country. By choosing and connecting to a server, you direct your device to transmit network information to the country where the selected server is located. Privacy, surveillance, retention, and data-protection laws differ by jurisdiction.
SaiDigitalOps infrastructure providers may also process technical information in locations where they operate, subject to their contracts and applicable law.
13. Third-party services and links
P2P VPN depends on services operated by others, including VPN Gate, independent VPN Gate volunteer server operators, DigitalOcean, internet providers, and destination websites or applications. Their privacy, security, retention, and acceptable-use practices are governed by their own policies.
This website may link to external sites. SaiDigitalOps is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the application, website, backend, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, app, or Play Store listing where appropriate.
