Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the P2P VPN Android application, website, and supporting server-list service.

Effective July 28, 2026
Please read carefully: Volunteer VPN servers are controlled by independent third parties. Availability, performance, logging, security, and permitted use may vary by server and jurisdiction.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using P2P VPN, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these terms. The service is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies.

3. Service description

P2P VPN is an Android VPN client that retrieves a curated list of public VPN Gate volunteer relay servers and lets a user request an OpenVPN connection to a selected server. SaiDigitalOps operates the app, website, and server-list backend. SaiDigitalOps does not operate or control the volunteer relay servers.

4. Permitted use

You may use P2P VPN only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms, applicable law, the rules of the volunteer server operator, VPN Gate policies, your internet provider's terms, and destination-service terms.

5. Prohibited use

You must not use P2P VPN to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
  • Commit fraud, identity theft, harassment, stalking, threats, exploitation, or abuse;
  • Distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, phishing content, or harmful code;
  • Gain unauthorized access to devices, networks, accounts, or data;
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks, scanning, credential attacks, or disruptive automated activity;
  • Send spam or evade legitimate security controls, sanctions, or access restrictions unlawfully;
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights;
  • Interfere with the service, backend, rate limits, or server-list integrity; or
  • Encourage, facilitate, or conceal prohibited activity.

6. Third-party volunteer servers

Volunteer servers may be unavailable, slow, insecure, misconfigured, monitored, restricted, or operated in jurisdictions with different laws. A server may stop working without notice. SaiDigitalOps does not endorse or guarantee any server and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of a server operator.

You are responsible for reviewing VPN Gate's policies and understanding the risks before connecting.

7. Security and privacy

P2P VPN encrypts data between your Android device and the selected VPN tunnel endpoint using OpenVPN. This does not guarantee anonymity or end-to-end encryption after traffic leaves the endpoint. Use HTTPS and other appropriate security measures for sensitive communications.

Data practices are described in the Privacy Policy and Data Safety summary.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-available basis. SaiDigitalOps may update, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature without guaranteeing advance notice. Server-list results may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate because server conditions change rapidly.

9. Intellectual property

The P2P VPN application, website design, original text, graphics, branding, and software owned by SaiDigitalOps are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, software, and marks belong to their respective owners.

P2P VPN is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by VPN Gate, SoftEther Corporation, or the University of Tsukuba.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, P2P VPN and related services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, anonymity, speed, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaiDigitalOps and its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, profits, revenue, reputation, or access; third-party conduct; or harm arising from a volunteer server, destination service, network outage, security incident, or user misuse.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold SaiDigitalOps harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

13. Enforcement

SaiDigitalOps may restrict access to the server-list backend or take other reasonable protective action when it detects abuse, security threats, excessive automated requests, or violations of these terms. This does not create a duty to monitor all activity.

14. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when changes are published. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use.
